Super Hero's posses qualities that we, young & old alike, aspire to.

In my most recent workshop my kids and I put on our own capes! We became our very own SUPER HERO!!

I asked the group to tell me what words do they think of when they think of a Super Hero...strong, mighty, powerful, brave, were some. Then I asked them to go deeper into finding words to use to describe themselves as their own SUPER HERO...

I looked around at my group and cheered! Watch out world ... "HERE WE COME TO SAVE THE DAY!"

These super hero's left empowered, ready to take on the world!
